General Description: The fry pans under our brand name are manufactured using the SAS technology i.e. a triple layer construction of stainless steel-aluminum-stainless steel. The first (inner) layer is made up of 18/8 stainless steel which is considered to be the sterile stainless steel & corrosion free. The entire second layer is made up of aluminum which guarantees the even temperature allocation and standardized cooking. The third layer is made up of 430-stainless steel which assures better induction compatibility.
